By Train and bus

From JR Tazawako station, take public bus "Nyuto Line" ( one bus per hour )

you can buy a bus ticket at an information center at the station. ( open 8:30-17:30 )

also you can pay directly to the bus driver when get off the bus.

Where you should get off the bus?

advice : normally each ryokan operate own shuttle bus only for the stay-over guest and pick up nearest public bus stop in Nyuto onsen. if you are day-use guest, we recommend you to take public bus and buy special nyuto onsen shuttle bus one day ticket "Yumeguri map" - details →　→

Tsurunoyu

for stay-over guest / call Tsurunoyu to book their shuttle bus first(Alpa Komakusa to tsurunoyu shuttle bus) then take public bus and get off " Alpa Komakusa" then take booked shuttle bus from there.

for day-use guest / take public bus and get off "Kyukamura-mae" then buy "Yumeguri map" ,which is special shuttle bus one day ticket, at kyukamura. then go to tsurunoyu by special shuttle bus "Yumeguri-go"

caution! / if you get off the bus stop "Tsurunoyu Onsen iriguchi" you need to walk 3km to get tsurunoyu! 

 

Kyukamura

take public bus and get off "kyukamura-mae"

Kuroyu

for stay-over guest / call kuroyu and tell them your bus dep time. take public bus and get off last stop "Nyuto onsenkyo", kuroyu will pick you up at there.

for day-use guest / take public bus and get off "kyukamura-mar" and walk 1.3km or buy "yumeguri map" special shuttle bus one day ticket to go to kuroyu.

 

Taenoyu

take public bus and get off "Taenoyu-mae"

Ogama

take public bus and get off "Nyuto onsen ”

Magoroku

for stay-over guest /call magoroku to tell your bus dep time and ask pick up service. take public bus and get off "nyuto onsen" then they will pick you up at "Nyuto onsen" bus stop. 

for day-use guest / take public bus and get off "nyuto onsen" and walk 20min or buy "yumeguri map" special shuttle bus one day ticket to go to magoroku.

From JR Tazawako station, about 30-40min around 7,000yen

By Car

akita airport - about 2hour 20min

JR tazawako station - about 30min

jr kakunodate station - about 50min

jr akita station -about 1hour 40min

morioka city (iwate) -about 1hour 25min

oirase (aomori) - about 3hour 35min (Rout341 is only available in the summer season)
